If you need a high protein meal that doesn’t take up much space with your calories this is the perfect meal for you!

Personally I think shrimp is one of the most delicious protein packed food that has helped me reach my weight loss goals. Although I found shrimp to be a bit intimidating to prepare I found a simple and delicious recipe to make it a breeze to cook!

Ingredients for the Shrimp:

150g Uncooked shrimp

Garlic and Herb (regular garlic powder will work just fine)

Chili Powder

Paprika Powder

Salt

Lime

-Please season taste

How to cook:

Throw all of it in a bowl and preferably let marinate for at least 30 min but if you don’t have time just throw it in the pan it won’t be a big difference.

Then throw a green vegetable (I cooked a huge batch of asparagus in the oven and used that as my veggie for the week) and add some rice and BAM!

TIP!

1. These are the measurement for uncooked shrimp, rice, and asparagus.

2. These measurements are for only one portion, if you want to meal prep multiply the measurements by the amount of meals you want to make.

3. If you meal prep make sure you throw a damp napkin over your plate before you put it in the microwave so the shrimp and rice stay moist after you warm up your meal :)
