BABY DEDICATION TO THE LORD🕊️

first things first, this was very special to me, because my baby is a rainbow baby. I experienced a miscarriage and prayed so hard for this precious boy. He is the biggest blessing to my husband and myself, and he is reminder of God‘s goodness every day. I feel so blessed to be a mama, and that’s some thing I will never take for granted

We dedicated our baby to the Lord because he is an answered prayer. Like I said weeks to miscarriage, and a few months after that, we got pregnant with him. I’ve never prayed more than I did after I lost my baby.

Why?

Dedicating baby in church is declaring that you will raise up your baby to know the love of Jesus. That you will guide them along the righteous path of loving God and loving others. In this declaration, the church also prays and declares that they will come alongside us as parents and support us as well. I love my church. I am also children’s pastor and I love my community. They were there for us through loss and through joy.

He is the biggest blessing that we’ve ever prayed for. I will never forget how God was with me through the pain of loss and how he always kept his promise that we will become parents.
