This was different and fun!

I’ve been to a vineyard and wine tasting but never made my own. Our instructor, Tonii was a pleasure. She answered all our questions and let us sample a few different flavors from super sweet to more dry.

I went home with a semisweet passion fruit and pineapple wine.

Can’t wait for the fermentation process to be complete so I can go in on it! Lol
