Super Mario Bros Movie Review

A little late to the party with this review! I have now seen this movie three times! And every time I’ve seen it, it has been an absolute blast! This movie is a huge Easter egg hunt for so many Mario game references. The animation is spectacular! The jokes are actually funny, even the third time around. There’s so much potential for sequels and I definitely want a Luigi’s Mansion movie like right now!

Chris Pratt as Mario is alright. Still don’t like the guy but didn’t bother me while watching the movie. The biggest weakness of this film is the script. Imagine the potential of the movie they put in some work into the script.

Overall, Super Mario Bros. is such an amazing time! 8/10!
