how do i use this app?

so i’ve been on this app for a few months i’d say. & i just don’t really understand what to post?!

i made a few posts in the past, and then ended up deleting the app cause i just felt like i wasn’t doing it right /: (but just got it back).

i don’t really get many interactions, maybe i should be more active with posting and what not?
