1/4 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
16 oz gnocchi
2 chicken breast
Can of Sun dried tomato’s (optional)
Handful of Mushrooms(optional)
1 cup Heavy whipping cream
1 cup Chicken broth
1 cup Shredded parmesan
2 tablespoons Minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper
Onion powder
Parsley
In a pan add your butter and oil let them heat till butter melts, while doing so cube your chicken breast and toss in your flour *I add salt,pepper,onion powder to the flour to make the chicken more flavorful* (this makes your chicken have a nice crisp sear) after coating your chicken in flour sear your chicken till golden brown and fully cooked through (165F). Take out of pan and set aside and in the same pan add your minced garlic and mushrooms and sauté till tender, then add your heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, sun dried tomato’s and parmesan cheese give a couple stirs then add your gnocchi and cover with a lid and let simmer for a few minutes long enough for your gnocchi to soften (3-4 minutes) finally add your chicken back to the pan and season to your liking! Garnish with parsley! ENJOY! ☺️
