salt water for hydration!

do you ever feel like a plastic bag? no jk do you feel instantly bloated every time you drink your water 🙃 well I do, and I had seen tiktoks that they remove minerals so you don’t actually get hydrated if you drink water anymore, think about it, do you drink water and instantly have to go to the restroom like a billion times 🫠 and it honestly sucks because you really want to drink more water but you don’t want to be peeing all the dang time. water without your minerals just passes through and that’s why we need them and that’s why I tried it. so I tried a little bit of pink sea salt in my water and it tasted better, didn’t make me feel bloated and I didnt have to go pee so many times. let me know if you try it and what you think! 🩵
