I eat out all the time because I don’t like cooking.

My secret to losing weight while still eating out frequently is to keep a note on your phone with your favorite restaurants and healthy meal options at that restaurant on it.

This does several things:

1) Keeps you from feeling deprived when you’re at the restaurant because you already have a few yummy, go to *healthy* meals that you love to order

2) Makes it easy to stay on track when you’re tired, hangry, and tempted to just say f*ck it and order enchiladas and a bowl of queso the size of your head

3) Allows you to feel more in control because you’re taking baby steps toward your goals. This builds momentum. Momentum builds more momentum.

📲 Take Action: Spend 30-45 minutes combing the menus of your favorite places and adding in healthy meal options to your phone note.

Bonus: Find a few NEW restaurants that sound yummy and do the same. This keeps things fresh and exciting for you!
