This is the perfect recipe for those lazy days .
All it requires is chopping and pre cooking your shrimp if that’s your preference . 🍤🍋
The great thing about this recipe is it’s all preference, which means it’s impossible to mess up. 🤗✨
this is just the way I prefer my ceviche but you can customize it to your liking, adding more or less of what you like. ✨
Ingredients:
• 2lbs of shrimp
• 1 bunch of cilantro
• Half a white onion
• 2 Tomatoes
•1 Large cucumber
• 4 Serrano peppers
• 15 Limes
• 10 Lemons
• Salt
• Pepper
personally I prefer my shrimp pre cooked but you can also cook your shrimp in the lemon/lime juice .
Once cooked, peeled and deveined put your shrimp to the side.
Chop up all your veggies
And juice your lemons/limes together
Once you’ve chopped everything up (I recommend chopping finely)
You simply mix all the ingredients together and add salt & pepper to your liking.
keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour before eating.
I like to eat my ceviche on a tostada with a light layer of mayo on my tostada. 🤤😋
