As Guy Fieri might say, this bacon jam is so good you could put it on a flip flop! It’s so yummy on top of these brie phyllo cups but you can eat it with anything! Add it to a grilled cheese sandwich, spread on a cheeseburger, or even just add it to your bagel and cream cheese in the morning.
It’s salty, sour, and sweet… Plus, super easy!
You need:
🥓1 lb applewood smoked bacon
🥓1-10oz jar of apricot jam
🥓4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
What to do:
Cook bacon until crisp. Chop the bacon in little pieces and add to a medium saucepan. Add the apricot jam and apple cider vinegar. Cook and stir for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Enjoy!
Want to make the phyllo cups? Fill freezer phyllo shells with pieces of brie cheese. Add a teaspoonful of bacon jam on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 350! I used about 30 shells for one wheel of brie. Try not to eat them all!
