One thing is when it comes to your vagina you have to take care of your sis down stairs !!

1). Make sure you are cleaning her daily ! Don’t use soap inside of the vagina hole, squirt water up inside ! If your having odor internal use natural boric acid pills or make an doctor’s appointment!!

2). Use a mild / unscented bar of soap to clean the outside of your vagina and you vulva area!

3). Keep sis trimmed!

One thing is a lot of hair can trap bacteria and cause odor to where you could be smelly and feeling left uncomfortable! Me personally I like bald! But if your a woman that likes hair down there keep it trimmed !

4) change your underwear’s !

Don’t wear the same underwear’s ! Change them out ! Your at work walking around for 8 hours sweating and everything! Change them sis! It’s time for a refresh!

5). Watch The Diet Sis!

Don’t eat a lot of fast food / processed food , soda, pop, candy! It could affect your PH Balance and have you smelling really bad down there! Instead eat fruits and veggies and yogurts !! Also make sure you are taking supplements like cranberry pills, frengreek pills
