My toddlers can be (like most) hard to cook for and hard to encourage to try new things. I鈥檓 not the greatest cook, I wish I enjoyed it more馃槵 I鈥檓 proud to say I鈥檓 learning to make more complex meals but those aren鈥檛 always what my kids want to eat. Luckily, I do know a thing or two about nutrition and the importance of my children鈥檚 every days meals. With that being said, I just wanted to share some easy meals I put together for them recently that were pretty inexpensive, healthy, and fun! We are a dye free family and stay away from harsh additives! Everything is usually served with water, almond milk, or watered down juice occasionally. Here鈥檚 a part 2 of what I鈥檝e made my boys recently! I hope this give you some ideas if you need them!馃グ馃構

Plate1: cheese quesadilla with pinto beans, crackers, blueberries and golden raisins. My older son has taken a liking to golden raisins and wants them with every meal! We had crackers as their safe food since my older son is a bit picky we wanted to add an option we knew he would eat.

Plate2: flank steak with roasted potatoes, strawberries, and cheese slices. Both my boys loved the steak! We let their portion of the steak significantly less seasoned than ours so it wouldn鈥檛 overwhelm them and they loved it! My son takes a multivitamin every night so of course that was added!

Plate3: my older son had spaghetti without sauce because he doesn鈥檛 like it while my younger son had it with extra sauce because he loves it馃槀 We added cucumber slices, black berries, and what we call smoothie drops. My older son has a nut assortment as well.

Plate4: We had some left over chicken fried rice that we had the night before, it was a big hit! I made my boys a mini charcuterie board with salami crackers and cheese. My older son had strawberries and raspberries while my younger son has strawberries and bananas.

Plate5: gave the boys shredded ribeye that they loved! Their made this, almost anything he makes my older son will eat, he loves his dad鈥檚 food! I added a veggie mix on their plate, cute out some apple slices using a flower cookie cutter, and gave them some cheddar turtles as a safe food I knew they would eat. My older son got a multivitamin since this was dinner!
