I take most of these every night before bed! I take my biotin and Ashwagahnda a couple times a week. I felt an immediate change the day after I first took them! I had more energy, felt like I slept well, and had a clearer mind. Over the span of a couple months (with other health changes too) I haven’t gotten sick and have seen a significant decrease in my regular headaches. I’m going to add in omega (fish oil) to help with my ADHD symptoms soon as well. I 100% encourage anyone and everyone to take your daily vitamins! If you aren’t familiar with vitamins I recommend doing your research and meeting with your physician to see what will work best for your body☺️
