The Best Travel Routine before flying

I used to be that person that didn’t think much of what it actually takes to get somewhere and would just go as is without planning how to make the travel piece more comfortable. Since I travel almost every month now, i’ve developed a travel routine that I swear by. Here it is

First thing’s first, I like to make sure i have enough healthy snacks and a healthy meal for the flight. I despise airplane food, so I always either pack a lunch/dinner or buy something beforehand. Something about having airplane food just doesn’t sit right with me.

Second, planes are dirty, so I like to feel as clean as possible when flying, so that starts with a pre-flight shower. No matter what time it is, I will always make time for a quick shower to feel extra clean.

Third, being comfortable but still looking cute is a must. I’ve tried both dressing nice and looking like a bum and found that somewhere in the middle is where it’s at. Think athleisure. When I look like sh*t, I feel like sh*t. But if I feel semi cute, my whole mood changes.
