Things we did differently at our Wedding

Both my husband and I are very nerdy and love to have fun, and our wedding was the perfect combination of beauty and fun.

1. Lego bowls on all our tables - My husband and I both love Legos, and as a table favor, we put Legos out. This gave our guests something to do, and we loved seeing the things people came up with.

2. Marvel themed jewelry and shoes - I've always loved all things Marvel and my mother in law made me these wonderful shoes! One of my best friends had gotten me the Loki necklace a few years before, and it just made sense to wear it.

3.Lightsaber Bouquets - All of my bridesmaids (and myself) had lightsaber bouquets. I made them by using the handle of toy lightsabers and then putting fake flowers from Amazon, Dollar Tree, and Wal-Mart in them. I loved the way they turned out! They were even able to light up and make the lightsaber noises!

4.Ring Security - We didn't have a Ring Bearer. Instead, we had 2 Ring Security Agents. My husband's stepbrother and my cousin totally killed it!

5. Lightsaber Battle Enterance- It's definitely one of my favorite moments from our wedding! To get the reception party started, my husband and I had a lightsaber battle with most of the lights out. I won the battle, of course 🤣
