#FDOE 10/24/23

🌟breakfast: vanilla overnight oats from Trader Joe’s and 2 hard boiled eggs with EBTB seasoning

🌟lunch: BLT sandwich (turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on toasted sourdough bread)

🌟post-workout: Trader Joe’s chicken soup dumplings

🌟dinner: ground turkey bowl with peppers, mushrooms, and pickled cucumber

🌟snack: dill pickle Quaker chips

🏋️‍♀️workout: hell week day 1 at OT power focused)

Keep in mind this is a non-restrictive diet and I don’t track anything as of now. My main goal is to make sure I get enough food to fuel my day and give me energy. Not every day looks like this.. today is my least chaotic day of the week so I was able to make the time to prepare some fresh meals. I made double portion of my turkey bowl to set myself up for success on my busiest night tomorrow.

My biggest tip to staying on track is to keep it simple. Prep 2 proteins, 2 veggies, and 2 carb sources for the week and you’ll be one step ahead.
