journal page: currently reading ✏️

keeping track of the books i read is one of my favorite things to write about in my journal 📒 it makes it super fun to look back at at the end of the year and see what books I’ve read, my thoughts, and overall progress!

my current read right now is “you will get through this night” by daniel howell and so far it’s actually been a very helpful book about mental health! It’s written with a pretty casual tone and a bit of humor so that makes it really enjoyable :) they cover a few topics related to mental health and emotional wellbeing 💛 definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a fun yet useful resource for dealing with anxiety and other mental health issues !!
