Introducing myself!

Hello! My name is Mara Madere!

I am born and raised in Wisconsin #gopackgo

10 years ago I met & fell instantly in love with a man, who happened to be a Marine & in just 5 months we were engaged and married within a year.

I am a #patriot and I am insanely proud to live in this great nation.

The military has taken us on quite the journey this past decade. We have moved a total of 9 times (2 non-military related.) We have lived on both coasts, the Midwest & not currently the south, Louisiana!

I want to bring humor, encouragement & resources to other military families who are also navigating the chaos of military life. I want this to be a safe space for all spouses to come, feel seen & less alone in this lifestyle. We are all in this together & I believe community is key, especially with military life.

I am a stay-at-home mama to our 2 daughters (& baby boy coming in September!) so you will also see content on my life as a homemaker, mother & an organizational freak.
