Brownie cookie 🍪

Super simple and easy recipe 💛😍😋

Recipe:

35g butter

105g couverture chocolate (54%)

60g brown sugar

pinch of salt

1 whole egg

1g baking soda

50g all purpose flour

5g 100% cocoa powder

Instructions:

-Melt butter and couverture chocolate together in microwave or hot water

-mix brown sugar, egg and salt together

-add in melted chocolate give it a stir

-lastly add in dry ingredients and mix it up

Bake in preheated oven (180 C 10-12 minutes depending on your oven)

And there you go, a fudgy brownie cookie 🍪😋😋
