Quick Iftar Recipe: Spaghetti Alfredo 😚🍝

Spaghetti is like my bujang meal because of how quick I can make it and yummy nevertheless the outcome. My sister requested an Alfredo for iftar so this is how I make my version! 🥰

‼️Tip : kalau nak cepat spaghetti masak you can rendam 30-2 hours before masak. It will cook leas than 3 mins

Recipe 📝

1. Perap ayam in paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and rosemary for 10 mins.

2. In a pan, letak a knob of butter dan minyak. Pastu grill the chicken till charred. I will sambung masak dalam air fryer for 10 mins at low temp so it’s cooked through.

3. In the same pan bila dah keluarkan ayam, tumis bawang holang dan bawang putih cincang.

4. Tuangkan cooking creame, tambah air pasta dan masukkan perasa rosemary, dried parsley, chicken cube, chili flakes, salt, black pepper , dan parmesan cheese to taste.

5. Masukkan sayur, masakkan sampai layu then tutup api baru masuk spaghetti. Gaul sampai salut sos. Letak ayam grill yang dihiris di atas.
