Cheesy Garlic Bread for sahur 🧀🥪

Simple snack or meal for sahur or for after taraweh 😋Made with simple ingredients and toasted in the air-fryer. Can be toasted in the oven or on the pan 🧑‍🍳

Ingredients 📝

• 1 tbsp butter

• 1 clove garlic

• 1/2 tsp dried parsley

• pinch of salt

• 2 slices of bread

• mozzarella cheese

Steps

1. In a bowl mix together butter, garlic, dried parsley and salt.

2. Take a piece of bread and layer with your choice of cheese. I’m using mozzarella for the cheese pull effect 🤭

3. Place the other bread on top.

4. Cut diagonally and vertically but halfway on the bottom bread.

5. Spread your garlic butter on top.

6. Bake in the airfryer for 10 mins at 190°C or until golden.
