Lunchbox Meals: Easy Chicken Teriyaki 🐓 🍚

I bring a homecook meal to my office almost everyday to save me time from finding places to eat and also to save money! 😆 This easy chicken teriyaki recipe is a go-to meal as the ingredients are staples in many kitchen homes 🙌

Ingredients are

🧄 1 garlic clove

🧅 2 shallots

🐓 chicken

✔ 1 tbsp of light soy sauce ( substitute with 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce)

✔ 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce

✔ 1/2 tbsp of vinegar

🦪 1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce

🍯 1/2 tbsp of honey (substitute with 1/2 tbsp sugar)

💧 50ml of water
