As your health and wellness bestie, it's important to take your daily vitamins and supplements that will improve the quality of your life. As always, it's important to do your research or go get blood work done to see what vitamins you may be deficient in. Here are 3 of my favorite vitamins I take daily that have boosted my health and wellness:

1. B12 Supplement - I used to get the B12 shots every 6 months but came across this brand that has it in the liquid form. All I take is one dropper every morning with food and I have so much more energy, clarity and focus throughout the day.

2. Pantothenic Acid - also known as vitamin B5 can help convert food into energy, improves gut health and skin health. I take this daily with my breakfast and have noticed a HUGE difference in how my skin looks!

3. L-Glutamine - converts fat into energy. It can also help improve gut health, immune function! I take this before I go on my walks or do my workouts!
