Less is MORE. Here’s my favorite 2 ingredient juicing recipe for a healthy gut and glowing skin. I’ve been making this every week for about a year and I can’t believe the difference it has made in my daily routine and eating habits. I love to juice these every Sunday and store them in the fridge for the rest of the week. You can absolutely customize the amount of each ingredient you want to add.

Ingredients you will need:

🍋 4 lemons

🌱 2 bags of celery

Step 1: Wash your produce —> I love to let the celery sit in water with a dash of baking soda and a bit of white vinegar for about 5-10 minutes. This helps remove any pesticides and bugs from the produce.

Step 2: Cut the produce + peel the skin off the lemon —> I like to cut the celery stalks into smaller pieces so my juicer doesn’t get jammed. I then peel off the skin around the lemon so I can just throw it into my juicer.

Step 3: Juice —> I love to use my juicer to make all kinds of juices. I got this one off Amazon for less than $70 and love how well it works and how easy it is to clean.

Step 4: Place the juice into your favorite container and store in the fridge. This is usually good for up to 5 days. Typically after that, the taste starts to get a little weird. I’ll have a glass of this celery juice every morning before/during breakfast.
