MY FAVOURITE BARRY’S SHAKES 🥛🍇🍑🥑

I may or may not be biased, but Barry’s shakes are the best! 🥑✨ I used to be a Boost girlie but now that I’ve tried Barry’s shakes there’s no turning back for me 🤪

I’m always on the go, so when I pick my shakes I like to pick those that are more filling and are super nutrient dense. I’m also more of a savoury than a sweet person, and my shake preferences do indeed reflect that.

BONUS: They have VEGAN options for ALL the items on their menu, just let the staff know any dietary preferences you may have, and they’ll adjust the shake accordingly

MY LIST: 🥑🥛🍇

1. MATCHA MADE IN HEAVEN

Super yummy if you like matcha, and you can definitely taste the almond butter from the shake. Not too heavy, just nice for a post-workout shake.

2. AVOCARDIO

A more nutrient (and calorie) dense option, I choose this option whenever I teach late classes and don’t have time to grab dinner before or after. I find that it keeps me full!

3. SALTED CARAMEL MACADAMIA

When I’m feeling extra naughty I choose this shake. SUUUUPER rich and decadent (almost sinful, even) and you can really taste the salted caramel shine through in this one. They blend their macadamias FRESH so you know you’re getting the real deal.
