ππ» Start by setting your oven to it's lowest setting or dehydrate, mine is at 150 with convection for the dehydrate setting.
ππ» Next, add everything to a blender and blend until it's absolutely obliterated.
ππ» Moisten parchment paper and use it to line a large baking sheet!
ππ» Then pour the mixture into the sheet. Make sure it's not too thick anywhere especially the center, for optimal cooking and drying.
ππ» Stick it in the oven, make sure you're using oven mitts. I burned myself because I was too confident. I baked for 6-7ish hours. You want it to be firm, not mushy. It can help to rotate the sheet to keep the dehydrating process even. I found the back of my oven wasn't cooking it as quick as the front.
ππ» Once cooled, cut it into long strips for fruit by the foot or squares for fruit roll ups!
Then you're done. I keep ours in the fridge but you can batch these and stick them in the freezer!
