Dutch Oven Sourdough Bread

500g flour

60g sourdough starter

350g warm water

9g salt

stir all ingredients together cover bowl with tear towel or plastic wrap. Let sit for 30 minutes. Stretch and fold in bowl. Cover and let rise for 10 hour or over night. Remove from bowl shape into ball by pulling the dough to you. Let sit for 30 mins. Flour the top score the top. Start oven 450 degrees. Put in Dutch oven bake for 30 mins. Then remove top bake for another 20 mins. If you want a more crispy bread remove from Dutch oven and bake on rack for 5-10 minutes. Let cool for an hour then enjoy!
