garlic steak bites ✨

last nights dinner was another success.

We did cut up steak bites and home made mac n cheese. (I am OBSESSED with this lately!) 🤤

For the steak marinade I used these:

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic

I also used a little kinders steak season too!

You’re going to cook up your steak with butter and minced garlic. You can also add cloves and parsley as well.

For your Mac sauce:

Use 1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

8 oz cream cheese

Mozzarella cheese

Cheddar cheese

320 ml of condensed milk

Mix all together, it will get creamy and dense!! While this is coming together cook and drain your elbow noodles and once done add to your sauce and mix well.

Serve with steak on top.

For future reference I would definitely cook the steak on the grill so it gets crispy on the outsides!!
