potato salad 🤌

my mama’s version is my absolute fav but I’m biased. 😊

here’s what we use:

+eggs

+russet potatoes

+miracle whip

+yellow onion

+mustard

+salt and pepper

+miracle whip

Boil your potatoes and eggs for about 45 min. Peel the skin off the potatoes once done and diced your potatoes up with the egg as well.

Squirt mustard in bowl of potato mix maybe a tablespoon, add diced onion, add diced pickles, salt pepper and season salt, then add enough of the miracle whip so it’s not dry, mix all together, taste it and put in fridge until ready to eat.

Honest. One of the easiest salads to make and my personal fav craving.
