this is what works for me & my schedule!

mondays my daughter has tumbling- i am not going to be able to do much, so this day i do something small that i can get done maybe even before/after work right before bed!

hallways, entry way, patio/porch!!

tuesdays i’m still trying to get in the flow of things, so the kitchen is my go to getting the week started.

by wednesdays the bathroom needs love.

thursdays i can get my bedding clean and ready for the weekend.

fridays my living room will be ready for relaxing.

saturday is my refresh day, i restock groceries and make sure we have clean laundry for the week ahead.

sunday- i ain’t doing anything and the house should be clean for the most part!

staying in this routine really helps my adhd, and life in general and staying on top of things. if my house is a mess, my entire life is 😅😅😅
