I’ve been using this recipe for more than 12 years

Crispy chocolate chip cookies

-226g butter

-150g brown sugar

-140g white sugar

-2 tsp vanilla extract

-1 egg

-295g all-purpose flour

-1 tsp baking soda

-1/2 tsp salt

-200g semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tbsp of cookie dough per cookie.

Chill the dough in the fridge for half an hour before baking.

Bake at 180c for 15-17 minutes.
