Cozy meal 🤝 Easy recipe + clean up 🍲

WHAT YOU’LL NEED -

For the soup:

2-3 chicken breasts

1 container of chicken broth (about 3 cups)

1/2 cup heavy cream

2-3 carrots

2-3 stalks of celery

1 medium white onion

1 tsp thyme

1 TBS of butter

Salt/Pepper/All seasoning/Garlic Powder/Armadillo Reds Poultry Seasoning (& with these we measure with our heart)

For the dumplings:

2 Cups of flour

1 TBS baking powder

4 TBS melted butter

1/2 tsp salt (maybe a dash more)

1 tsp freshly cracked pepper

1 cup of milk

All seasoning

• Slice & dice your veggies

• Season and brown your chicken in the pan in some olive oil

• Remove chicken & set aside

• Add your veggies in + tbs of butter and sauté

• Add in chicken broth and bring to a simmer

• Add chicken back in, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes

Remove cooked chicken & dice or shred whichever you prefer, then add back to the broth.

For your drop dough:

Mix in your ingredients listed above until it’s a smooth dough and drop spoonfuls into the broth. Add in the heavy cream & cover again to simmer for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through.
