✨ Garlic Parm Chicken & Potatoes ✨

This is so delish, easy to make and fed my family of 4 for UNDER $20!

This was enough to feed my husband, myself, and our 2 toddlers. Hubby got seconds, I took some to work with me (minus the broccoli) and there’s still a good sized container full left over.

I got the recipe from @ cookerofdelociousness on tiktok!

All you need is a couple chicken breasts or a pack of tenders, garlic parm wing sauce, 3-4 large potatoes, cheese of your choice, and sides of your choosing! We just did steamed broccoli but you could also add biscuits or garlic bread!

1. Wash and cube up 3-4 potatoes into a bowl (you can peel them or not, I chose not to for that extra crispiness) and drizzle some olive oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Mix until they’re all covered

2. Pop the potato cubes into your air fryer for 20 min at 400.

3. While the potatoes cook, cut your chicken into bite size cubes. Melt a little butter in a pan and season the chicken with salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Once the chicken has cooked down some, add in 1-2tbsp of minced garlic.

4. Once chicken is fully cooked, pour in the entire bottle of garlic Parmesan sauce and mix it in. I used the Buffalo Wild Wings brand sauce but I know it’s a little more expensive, so you could opt for the great value brand! Let it simmer and fully mix.

5. Add the cooked potatoes in with the chicken and mix thoroughly.

6. Top with shredded cheese of your choice (I used block cheese and shred it myself to save a tiny bit extra since I splurged on the sauce) and put in the oven at 375 for 20 mins, or until the cheese is fully melted.

7. While it’s in the oven, prepare your steamed broccoli, biscuits, or whatever sides you chose!
