Building My College Masterlist!

Build my college Masterlist with me!

This is something I saw online a few years ago and it has become a necessity for me every single school semester. It keeps everything organized by course, assignment, date and a row of boxes to check once completed. I also add in more details such as day, time, details of assignment, potential points and points received.

Here are the steps in detail:

Step 1: Create columns including date, course name, title, details and "completed" (for check marks)

Step 2: Add information from course syllabus for lectures, assignments, quizzes, exams, etc.

Step 3: Insert row of checkmarks by highlighting the row, selecting insert, and select "checkbox"

Step 4: Repeat for all courses

Step 5: Assign a color to each course

Step 6: Sort the list so it appears in order by date.

- Select "data"

- Select "sort range"

- Select "advanced range sorting"

- Select "data has header row"

- Select "date"

- Select "sort"

And that's it! Now your entire semester worth of assignments and important dates are in order.

PLEASE NOTE: Your syllabus might change as the semester goes on, so it's important to keep this list updated with any changes your professors make throughout the semester.
