literally - ACV is good for you from head to toe. me personally, i use ACV as a hair rinse before i before from time to time. doing so helps my scalp and hair maintain its pH level (:

now, despite the bitter taste of ACV, it has helped my gut health tremendously. i’m not going to say it’s going to happen to same way for you but this is my experience with one tablespoon of ACV each morning. aside from acid reflux, i feel like im a lot less bloated!!
