reasons why you should start wearing a bonnet🫶🏻

i can’t stress enough how much healthier my hair has been after wearing a silk bonnet.

silk bonnets have helped my hair keep moisture and minimize breakage!

the 4th slide is from this morning… the last time i got a trim was back in november. YES. NOVEMBER.

you can also try sleeping on a silk pillow case (doing so will also help with your skin) however i choose to sleep with a bonnet because my pillow will be across the bed when i use a silk pillow case lol.
