Hey, Mama! 🌸

I’ve posted some photos above with a few of my favorite postpartum workouts to help tackle that “mom fupa” or belly pudge! Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, it’s *never* too late to start working on your core strength and feeling great about your body again. 💖

Here are **10 postpartum workouts** that focus on toning the tummy, strengthening the core, and building confidence. I’ve tried lots of different workouts, and while I didn’t love them all, these are the ones that made a real difference for me. 💪

1. **Pelvic Tilts** – This gentle exercise is perfect for engaging your lower abs and pelvic floor muscles, especially when you're just getting started.

2. **Glute Bridges** – A fantastic way to strengthen your lower back, glutes, and core. Feel the burn and watch your body transform! 🔥

3. **Leg Lowers** – These target the lower abs and help rebuild your core strength.

4. **Heel Slides** – A simple move that activates your core without too much strain—perfect for early postpartum.

5. **Modified Plank** – Start on your knees if needed and build up to a full plank as your strength improves!

6. **Bird-Dog** – Excellent for core stability and balance. Plus, it’s great for your back muscles too!

7. **Seated Ball Squeezes** – This exercise works your inner thighs and pelvic floor. It’s a sneaky good one!

8. **Walking or Light Jogging** – Great for overall fat loss and getting rid of that stubborn belly pudge. Start slow and build up!

9. **Postpartum Yoga** – Gentle stretches combined with core work to help you tone up while staying relaxed. 🧘‍♀️

10. **Reverse Crunches** – Target that lower belly area and build strong abs with this effective move.
