Me sick. I recommend having plenty of Tylenol & ibuprofen on hand.

Stay hydrated!

Sleep!!!! Use pillows to prop you up if you’re a stomach sleeper like me.

Make sure you have everything to help you regulate or the pain is worse!

take full advantage of your time off work!
