A typical day for me at work. 🚗 🚘 🚙

I start my day by opening the waiting area. My customers arrive around 8 am and I check them in for service. I enter invoices, create estimates, create invoices, make appointments, make payment arrangements, take payments, order parts, answer phones, and perform a list of other duties. I love my job and I believe in the work we do here.

From 12-1 our shop closes for lunch and here lately I’ve been hooked on Raising Cane’s. 😬 it’s soooooo good.

The rest of my day is taken up with the above responsibilities. At the end of my day, I print the next day’s schedule. I organize the appointments. The next thing that I do is scan all of the invoices for our accountants and send it to them through email. I also send the finance employees and managers a list of completed service repairs from each day!
