Valentines Pastries

❣️💌 treat yourself with these easy cutie valentines pastries!

Ingredients:

— 1 small carton fresh raspberries

— 1/4 cup sugar

— 1 tsp vanilla

— 1 tbs corn starch

— 1/4 cup water

— pie crust (make sure to check the defrosting instructions!)

How to:

1. Preheat your oven to 450°.

2. Add raspberries, water, sugar, corn starch, and vanilla to a skillet over medium heat. Stir until it reaches a low boil, and get boil for about a minute as it thickens.

3. Slice your pie crust into squares, add a spoonful of raspberry filling, and fold in 3 corners to make an envelope shape.

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
