Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Parmesan crusted chicken caesar ciabatta sandwich made with just 4 ingredients from Trader Joes! This is a quick and easy lunch recipe, and gives you the best of both worlds between a sandwich and a salad! My favorite part is the Parmesan crusted ciabatta.

I work from home, and love this as an easy lunch to throw together on a busy work day.

Ingredients: These are all from TJ’s, but can easily be bought elsewhere too!

1. Ciabatta

2. Parmesan cheese

3. Frozen breaded chicken

4. Caesar salad kit

How-to:

1. Air-fry chicken at 400˚ for 15 minutes. While it’s cooking, top ciabatta with olive oil & parmesan and add in to the air fryer for the last 5 minutes. The cheese should be crispy and golden brown when done.

3. Chop up salad and chicken and toss with Cesar dressing.

4. Layer onto the ciabatta & enjoy!
