227g (1 block) Anchor Unsalted Butter, softened

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 3/4 cups plain flour

1/3 cup corn flour

2/3 teaspoon salt to taste

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven first - 160°C. Line a baking tray with baking pepper .

2. Beat Anchor Butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in t

The vanilla and then combine flour and cornflour.

3. Make sure the dough is soft but not sticky. And a little more flour if needed.

4. Shape the dough into your preferable shape. You can actually fill into piping back, and shape it too.

5. Bake until golden color and firm. Cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
