Quick & easy 1 pan breakfast cups 🤤😍

These are a staple in our house during the busy week!

What you’ll need 🌸

• Eggs 🥚

• Puff Pastry 🥐

• Cheese (optional) 🧀

• Protein- I prefer bacon but have used sausage 🥓

• Muffin tin

🌸 Preheat your oven according to your puff pastry directions.

🌸 Thaw your puff pastry out and cut it into equal size squares to fit in your muffin tin.

🌸 Place a strip of bacon in a circle around the bottom of your muffin tin. Then place the puff pastry ON TOP of the bacon and form into a bowl type shape. (If using sausage place puff pastry first & sausage patty at the bottom)

🌸 Crack an egg into each breakfast cup

🌸 Brush the pastry with an egg wash along the edges

🌸 Top with cheese

🌸 Cover with foil and back for 10 minutes then take the foil off and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

🌸 Garnish with a little parsley & salt & pepper (optional)
