JACOBS LADDER CIRCUIT

The Jacobs ladder is one of my new favorite cardio exercises!

I even like it more than the stair master and it’s more of a full body exercise!

Practice makes perfect with this machine because when I first started I couldn’t last longer than 10 seconds.
