📍The Inkwell

this coffee shop has two locations in Bloomington, and this one is downtown on N College Ave. I can count the number of times I’ve been here on one hand, but every time it’s nothing but a pleasure!

this coffee shop is always busy! this is one of the main reasons I don’t go there as often as I should… traffic, parking, and the amount of people there. it always ends up feeling like more work than it’s worth, even if the coffee is great.

my best friend (@maggiepark) was in town visiting and I decided to show her this fun spot! we went for brunch time and found a seat, had something to eat, and enjoyed our coffee. I ordered…

🫶🏻 an iced Carmel latte with oat milk

since I’m dairy free, gluten free, and nut free, my alternative milks are always limited to what I can have. one of my only gripes about The Inkwell is sadly they don’t have coconut milk (my go to!). I had to settle with oat milk (which only about half the time is gluten free), and sadly I did feel it a little. regardless, I’ll still go back and try other things!
