How I completely transformed my dead beached hair😚

Step one: ACCEPTING THAT YOUR HAIR LOOKS LIKE ABSOLUTE 💩

Hahah all jokes aside, the first thing I think you should do is get a professional shampoo & conditioner (my fav is the all soft or The Acidic bonding concentration line from Redken. Trust me I have not been able to switch back to the grocery store ones since!

- Then you should invest in rosemary oil (my fav is the one from Mielle). Start oiling your hair once a week. You can find more depth information about hair oiling on TikTok. It’s basically gonna grow your hair on a much faster pace.

- now get a separate oil that’s meant for your ends and hydrating them. I love the gisou one but it’s a little pricey, if you want a more affordable option than the argan oil from Ogx is amazing too!

- I’m so scared when I find out that some people still don’t use leave in conditioner??? My hair could honestly never 😭 it’s a must for me! You don’t have to invest in some fancy one either, the one I use is literally from Tj maxx lol.

- figure out if your hair lacks protein or hydration. Based on that get a protein hair mask (my fav from Eva NYC) or a hydration mask, literally any would work! I personally like to alternate between protein and hydration masks to keep a good balance in my hair. ALSO YOU CAN OVER THE PROTEIN IN YOUR HAIR CAUSING IT TO GET MORE DAMAGED SO BE CAREFUL!

- I don’t hear many people do this but adding a hylouronic acid serum to your ends is literally life changing! But be sure to add a leave in after that as well!

- this is optional but I also you the density scalp serum from The ordinary and it has helped with growth.

Now to the basics! Make sure to always use heat protection and try to incorporate heat less frequently.
