How to get the perfect shot for a fancy dinner? 📷🤔

Hi Lemon8 fam!

Idk how many of you are like me, went for a fancy dinner, expecting to take lots of nice photos, but turned out only 1 in the 100 you took was ok… 🥲 So today I’m gonna share with y’all some nice poses that will get you your 💯 shots effortlessly 🤩

1. Look away

Forever one of my favourite poses ❤️ This pose helps to elongate your neck and giving your jawline a stronger expression. It’s a more casual and candid pose and makes you look very relaxed in the photo.

2. Hold your food

Depending on the vibe, you can hold your food differently. For a more cheeky and casual photo, you can lift the bowl to your face, but for a nice fancy dinner, just holding the bowl lightly on the table will do. It’s always good to have some interaction with the objects you have in your photo.

3. Look down while fixing your hair

I would always get my photographer to capture me while I pretend to fix my hair a little 🙈 And out of everywhere to look, I kinda just like it the most when I’m looking down 😂 (And to show off my cut crease makeup which I was very proud of but isn’t very obvious when I look straight ahead 🌚) Also a very candid pose! 👍🏻

4. Hold your chin

The pose that girls always love 🤣 I love to just hold my face and look towards the camera cuz it’s quite a cute pose hehe 🙈 If you’re insecure about your face shape, you can hide it with your hand too!

5. Cheers 🥂

If you have a drink that happen to look really nice (which is probably the case if your at a fancy dinner) of course you gotta cheers with the camera! 😉 Even if the drink doesn’t look very pretty, it’s really cute to interact with the camera too, makes the photo look a lot less stiff! 💯
