Home made tofu stew is one of my go-to supper food when I just wanna stay home and not waste money on food deliveries. And this recipe, being so easy to make and will be ready within 10 min, is my perfect choice ❤️
All I need is this CJ Dadam Seasoning Mix for Beancurd which is only $2.50, and some other ingredients of my choice. You can use whatever ingredients you like, I used green onion (scallion), cabbage, cabbage, tofu, an egg and some left over rice. I just love soupy rice so I just added in directly hahaha
1. Add a pouch of seasoning mix to 200cc of water and bring to a boil on high heat.
2. Add soft tofu, cabbage and corn and boil on medium heat for 2 minutes.
3. Add green onion, a raw egg and rice and boil for another 2 min and it’s READY TO EAT!! 😋
It’s just a nice hearty and filling meal and I feel it’s a really good hangover soup too so on some days I’m feeling unwell from a hangover and can’t get out of the house, this is what I would go for too 👍🏻
You can get it from various supermarkets like NTUC. It’s usually at the refrigerated area together with items such as grass jelly, kimchi etc!
