NYC Neighborhood Itinerary: Upper East Side

If you're in the mood to feel a little fancy, head to the Upper East Side. You could spend hours walking the streets to admire the architecture alone. When you have your fill of that, I have the perfect itinerary for your posh Upper East Side day:

Start your day at Ralph's Coffee, a gorgeous coffee shop and cafe located inside of a Ralph Lauren store. A human-size signature Ralph Lauren bear greets you at the entry way, and you're sure to feel like Blair and Serena people-watching at one of their outdoor tables with an iced latte in hand.

Next, head to Albertine. Located in the stunning Payne Whitney mansion, this bookstore houses the largest collection of French-American language books. Head to the second level for the most beautiful mural you'll ever find in a bookstore on the ceiling.

End your time on the Upper East Side at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, or The Met for short. You can spend hours exploring the variety of art here. The French rooms and Van Gogh paintings are my favorite. Make sure not to miss the rooftop, which provides a stunning panoramic view of Manhattan and serves drinks!
