My First Cinnamon Sugar Sourdough Loaf… Flop?

I made my first cinnamon sugar sourdough loaf back in February and as soon as I started shaping the dough, the cinnamon sugar started leaking everywhere! The top was covered in liquid cinnamon sugar after the cold proof in the fridge. I baked it anyway because, why not, and the inside was still delicious! I would consider this a half flop, but also a win because you always learn and grow the most from your mistakes!!
